只要能张开眼晴，每一天都是我的新生之日，都是我做人的开始。
When we wake up and open our eyes, each day is a birth of new life, and a new beginning to start our life afresh.
做人固然不应该将自我看得太重，但也不要自轻己灵。
Do not think too highly of yourself, and yet, never underestimate your ability.
难行能行，难舍能舍，难为能为，才能升华自我的人格。
Continue even when it is hard to go on. Release even when it is hard to let go. Endure even when it is hard to bear. Those are how we build our character.
逆境丶是非来临，心中要持一「宽」字。
When conflict and adversity arise, always preserve a spacious heart.
要原谅一个无心伤害人的人，能做一个轻易被别人伤害的人。
Forgive those who unintentionally hurt us. Do not be someone who is easily hurt by others.
人在平安的时候，很容易迷失自己。偶尔有小挫折或坎坷，反而能唤醒良知丶长养善根。
When life is safe and smooth, we can easily lose our direction. Yet even a small setback or misfortune can awaken our conscience, and nuture the seeds of kindness.
无信与迷信二者，宁愿「无信」也不要「迷信」; 信必须智信。
Atheism is better than superstition. Faith must be guided by wisdom.
人生在世，但求一心正念，心正气盛，心开运通。
We must practice right mindfulness. The right state of mind strengthens us, and a happy mind attracts good fortune.
把专心变成一种习惯，心不散乱就有定力。
Practice mindfulness in your daily life. A mind free of wandering thoughts develops inner strength.
理直要气和，得理要饶人。
Remain soft-spoken and forgiving, even when reason is on your side.
普天之下，没有我不爱的人，没有我不信任的人，也没有我不原谅的人。
There is no one on earth I cannot love, trust and forgive.
多一分对他人的疑虑，就少一分对自己的信心。
The more mistrust we feel, the less confidence we have.
心量大福报就大。
The greater our generosity is, the greater our blessings are.
